Cardiac Rehabilitation
Phase I, II and III cardiac rehabilitation are offered at Baptist Health La Grange, so patients recovering from heart surgery do not have to travel too far from home for their rehabilitation. The Cardiac Rehabilitation Department is located adjacent to the Rehabilitation Services & Sports Medicine Department on the second floor of the Outpatient/Physician Office Building.
