Administrative
Administration is comprised of the hospital administrator, the executive director of Patient Services, the executive director of Finance, the executive director of Human Resources, the senior director of Professional Services and Corporate Compliance, and the director of Customer Relations, Risk Management and Volunteers. Support staff include an executive assistant and a medical staff secretary, as well as a receptionist and administrative clerk.
Human Resources oversees the placement and orientation of newly-hired employees, and the posting of new positions; develops and implements policies and procedures related to employees' conduct at work and work-related events, and the hiring and termination of employees. The department also administers employee benefits. The department consists of two staff members and an executive director.
Quality Management is responsible for utilization review and case management, as well as overseeing compliance with Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program (HFAP) requirements throughout the hospital.
