Baptist Health has teamed up with HPshopping.com to offer employees a benefit: Employees can purchase award-winning HP and Compaq consumer products at discounted prices. Employees have exclusive deals and discounts, as well as the opportunity to use national mail-in and instant rebate offers. Also, sign up for the monthly Employee Purchase Program (EPP) Newsletter to get special offers and stay up-to-date on hot products.

In addition to the HPshopping.com offer, employees can also purchase some of Microsoft's most popular software and hardware at discounted prices.

Employee reward programs


Our Culture of Excellence customer service initiative rewards staff for exhibiting exceptional customer service, self-initiative and/or going above and beyond the normal scope of their job requirements.

Employee referral bonuses


Employees who recruit personnel for specified positions receive monetary awards. Specified positions change periodically based on demand.

Employee meals and gifts


Employees are invited to participate in scheduled activities throughout the year. An annual Christmas dinner is served to employees by the management staff. Christmas gifts are distributed during this event. Annually, we celebrate National Hospital Week by providing week-long activities which include a picnic lunch, games, music and gifts.

Free birthday lunch


Employees receive a certificate for a free lunch in the employee cafeteria during their birth month.

Employees receive a 25 percent discount in the hospital cafeteria.

Gift Shop discount


Employees receive a 10 percent discount on all items, excluding balloons, candy and flowers. Additonal discounts are announced periodically.

Employee recognition dinner


Employees are invited to attend a recognition dinner every five years where they are honored for their service to Baptist Health La Grange (years of service at other Baptist Health facilities consecutive to those at Baptist Health La Grange also qualify). Accolades and gifts are presented.
