Lynn named Inpatient Services director

Michelle Lynn has been named director of Inpatient Services at Baptist Health La Grange, overseeing the Medical/Surgical, Intensive Care, Women’s Center and Rehab & Skilled Care units. She comes to Baptist Health La Grange from Norton Hospital, where she was cardiology clinical nurse specialist for three years. Prior to that, she worked at Audubon Hospital for 10 years, starting as an open heart recovery nurse and later served as unit-based educator for critical care and chair of the system policy and procedure committee for critical care at both hospitals. She also worked in the Jewish Hospital transplant ICU for two years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Louisville, a master’s degree in nursing from Bellarmine University, critical care nursing certification and is a board member of the Greater Louisville chapter of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.
