Medicare Advantage open enrollment is Nov. 15-Dec. 31; choose a plan that chooses Baptist

If Baptist is your preferred hospital of choice, make sure Baptist Health La Grange is on the provider list of facilities covered by your insurance plan. For Medicare patients, the time to enroll or make changes to your Medicare Advantage Plans is between November 15 and December 31 each year. Beginning January 1, 2011, Baptist Health La Grange will accept Medicare Advantage plans through:

• Anthem
• Blue Cross/Blue Shield
• Humana
• Passport
