A Safe Sitter course is from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. in the Conference Center. The deadline for paid registration is Friday, July 18. Safe Sitter is a medically accurate program that teaches boys and girls ages 11 to 13 how to handle emergencies when caring for young children. The fee for the class is $45, which includes a messenger bag, manual and other useful items, as well as breakfast, lunch, snack and refreshments for the graduation ceremony.
